Hilary Miles

Hi, I’m Hilary Miles, and I’m a coach here at Element 26 Wellness. I bring a genuine love for health, movement, and community into everything I do, and I’m excited to welcome you to the gym. As someone who has been local to the area for most of my life, I truly value building connections and helping people feel comfortable and confident in their fitness journey.

I have a background teaching a variety of fitness classes and enjoy working with people of all experience levels. Most recently, I’ve found my passion in road and trail running, and I love the balance of challenge, growth, and enjoyment that staying active can bring.

I’m here to support you every step of the way—whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, or simply feel better in your day-to-day life. I believe fitness should feel welcoming, encouraging, and sustainable, and I’m looking forward to being part of your journey here at Element 26 Wellness.
